"Fraility of Relationships" 1/28/97

Slowly whispering the broken promises,
Of a dream once shared.
What is left,
Is mere broken fragments of pain.
The promises that was made
For a lifetime that was not meant to be.
How quickly it was to fall apart,
When distrust seeps through its ugly head.
Creeping slowly,
Until it engulfs and can not be mended.
It just shows us how fragile life can be
Especially relationships.
It is in constant need of nuturing
And can not be taken for granted.
We have to make time for each other no matter how busy we get,
For our relationships with each other is important.
